Wimberley Village Library to Reopen

Beginning May 26, the Wimberley Village Library will open to the public with limited access. Our temporary hours of operation will be 1pm to 6pm Monday through Friday.

Patrons will be allowed entrance to the library to pick up and check out reserves, to browse and purchase the for sale books, and to browse and check out books found on the shelves.

At this time, and per the Governor’s recommendations, we will only allow up to 25% of our normal occupancy and we cannot allow use of the library’s computers, printer/copier, newspapers/magazines and youth room toys.

We ask the following of our patrons:

· Self-monitor your distance from other patrons.

· Act expeditiously in your materials selections and not loiter inside the library for more than 15-20 minutes.

· If you have a mask, please wear it while in the library.

The Staff and I look forward to opening for our regular days and hours of operation and full use of our materials, services and programs as soon as we feel it safe to do so.
